Internally some rooms need floors replacing, it needs plastering, there is no wiring and no plumbing
What services are at the property? There is only mains water. There is no electricity at present
Sewage? There is a pozo negro / septic tank

Irrigation system? The neighbouring property has a spring fed water balsa and “El Ginte” has rights to use 2 days out of 15 days water for irrigation.

Flooding is it an issue at or near the property? Access to the property is via local ramblas which can be subject to flash floods. However, the property and land is located well above the rambla and banks and would not flood.

Vélez-Rubio is a Spanish town and municipality located in the southeastern part of the Los Vélez region, in the province of Almería, autonomous community of Andalusia. It limits with the Almeria municipalities of Vélez-Blanco, María, Chirivel, Albox, Taberno and Huércal-Overa, and with the Murcian municipalities of Puerto Lumbreras and Lorca. The boulevards of Chirivel and Nogalte run through its term.
The municipality is divided into six unique population entities, five of them councils, which group twenty-nine population centers, among which Vélez-Rubio stands out -municipal and regional capital and headquarters of its own judicial district-, El Espadín, El Charche and El Ginte-Bolaimi.
